Castillo Place Inn is equipped with Central Heat and Air Conditioning

Tierra
Tierra, meaning land
in Spanish, is part of our ensemble illustrating the importance
of keeping New Mexico's rich land pure. The natural earth tones of
the warm adobe plaster will envelope your senses by providing the
feel of a natural palette. This room is furnished with a Queen-size Aspen
Canopy Bed, bedding of rich hues, southwestern antiques and an ensuite private bath with travertine tile surround shower. Located
on the ground level with a private entrance off the side portal.
Guests are also treated with luxurious bath amenities designed to
enhance and expand the sensory experience.

Ristra
Ristra, meaning
wreath, is a common household accessory in New Mexico. The Ristra is
usually adorned with red chile peppers, which play a wide role in
the local flavors of cuisine. Harvested fresh and green in Hatch,
they are strung together and hung up to dry to create a visually
spectacular red wreath. The warm, deep wine color of the Ristra
is accented in this room creating an intimate and romantic
atmosphere. The room is also furnished with a rustic southwestern
King-size bed, large walk-in closet, and a private bath highlighted by an
antique claw foot tub. Situated on the second level of the house,
the room has its own private balcony overlooking the courtyard where
the hot tub and exterior kiva fireplace are located. Guests are also
treated to luxurious bath amenities, designed to enhance and expand
the sensory experience.

Mesa
Mesa, meaning
table, refers to the flattop mountains prominent in the southwest. They provide strength and spirit to the enormity of the New Mexico
landscape. The room is adorned with deep rich green accents, illuminating this
room for an intimate and romantic experience. Located on the ground level with private
entrance off the rear portal, the Mesa room captures the essence of Santa Fe from the brick floors to the old west antiques. Furnished with an old world style King-size bed and
adorned with bedding of rich hues, this room will captivate your
senses like the New Mexico landscape. There is also an ensuite private bathroom with
a travertine tile surround shower, providing a modern spa like

Arroyo
Arroyo, meaning creek, is the flowing water which nourishes this complex arid landscape. It is a precious resource and sacred to this land. As the Arroyo is fluid in nature, this room too will whisk you away to a pure and free state of mind, enhanced by the light textures and tones providing for a natural ambiance. This room is true to Santa Fe from the viga beams, hardwood floors, to the furnishings and is also located on the ground level with a private entrance off the rear portal. The room is furnished with a wrought iron queen-size bed and private bathroom with a travertine surround shower. Zia
Zia, the sun
symbol on the state flag of New Mexico, represents the Zia Indians
and the belief in the
four points of life and nature.
This room is adorned in rich yellow and red colors evoking the warmth
of the sun and radiance of the sunset.
Furnishings include a rustic, southwestern
king-size bed enhanced by rich fabrics and period pieces to create a
true Santa Fe experience. Ensuite there is also a private bathroom containing a travertine
surround shower to enhance your stay.
